At Top Notch Bengals, we have been building our reputation as a trusted Cat Breeder in Winchester, CA since we bought and fell in love with our first bengal, Zara. We take our responsibilities very seriously and strive to ensure the health, safety and well-being of all our pets. We take all the necessary steps of ensuring that our breeding Queens and Studs are up to standard and health tested. We make sure that they all undergo the proper genetic and health testing, such as testing for HCM, PRA, and PK-D.
